Programme Management and Leadership

Primary service to provide programme leadership calling on 25 years of practical knowledge, experience and application of industry standard methodologies (e.g. PRINCE 2, MSP, AGILE, Prosci ADKAR).
Project or Programme Recovery
Recovering failing programmes back to track and delivering benefits
Tactical or strategic tools and leadership to recover failing Programmes. Analysing the data, identifying root causes, recovery actions, preventative measures and lessons learnt. Driving those through a route to recovery.

Key here is also ensuring a plan is implemented to prevent reoccurrence through the application of lessons learnt actions.

Business Change is an integral part of any Programme Delivery.

I started my career leading business change within DHL in the UK and then wider throughout EMEA. Successfully managing fundamental technology changes into the operations that transformed the way the business interacted with customers.

I have extensive experience managing large scale change, either as part of a service transition, outsource, TUPE or business and technology change.

I have developed the methods and approach I employ for customers since then supported by industry standard ways of working.

I am a passionate supporter of a strong and well structured and data driven PMO.
